This lovely restored fisherman’s house has two double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Thanks to its prestigious at the seafront, it offers an unique view of the bay of Portocolom. On the upper floor is the large living room with spectacular views of the sea and the entire bay of Portocolom. In the living room is a dining table for 4 people, a large sofa in front of the TV and large windows, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the dishes. The ground floor is located below the main road and has direct access to a small dock right by the sea, one of the most photographed motifs and real trademark for this area of the island. On this floor is a another double bedroom with beautiful sea views and a bathroom with bath anda laundry. From the living room you can access the roof terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 comfortable sun loungers. This terrace has one of the best views in Portocolom and is ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the area and the spectacular views in the evening.
