Tourist Apartments with separate personal code entrance. The living rooms – with separate sitting and dining areas, the bedrooms and the bathrooms are much larger than most in the neighbourhood. Cosy and comfortable, the brand-new furniture makes you feel at home. The apartments are fully equipped: individual air conditioning in each room, free high-speed internet connexion, flat smart TV, safety deposit box, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator and ceramic hob) with all amenities and bathroom with hair dryer. Its location in the best area of Alicante and Playa de San Juan, makes Mar Apartments the best place to spend your holiday. It is placed in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with plenty available public free parking adjoining the property and within 500 meters walk from a beautiful, clean beach (the famous Playa de San Juan). Alicante’s old town is only at about 10 min drive and it can be easily reached by public transport in around 20 min (bus line 22), with the bus stop right in front of the property. Moreover, in walking distance, the tram lines 4 and 5 make the connection with the city center and with Playa de San Juan.

Neighborhood info

Everywhere around, many restaurants, from fusion to Italian to Spanish to Asian are ready to fulfil any demanding clients. There are also a lot of exquisite cafes and bars, chill out places or clubs. Convenience stores, supermarkets and pharmacies are in walking distance, while the Hospital Sant Joan d’Alacant is 5km away. Playa de San Juan is around 7 km long and, given its size, visitors are well distributed, even during the busy summer. The Blue Flag award, promising top water quality and high beach standards is well deserved, the sea is crystal clear and very clean, while the fine sandy beach is perfectly maintained. Behind the wide beach there is a 6 km long, very well-kept promenade, a popular place for athletes, joggers, cyclists and pedestrians. There are available a wide range of leisure and sports activities, with many playgrounds, fitness equipment and volleyball courts along the beach. Of course, you can try water sports, such as windsurfing, SUP and pedal boating. For the golf lovers, there are many special opportunities on the renowned golf courses. In case you travel with kids, appoint them to nearby schools dedicated to teach sea sports or golf to kids.
