We are owners of 2 properties on the Costa Del Sol . We have 2 properties in Club Playas del Duque . Both of our apartments share the same beach. On our beach there is the world famous Ocean Club. In Club Playas del Duque there is a GYM, beauty salon beside many other facilities for health exercises or massage. There are extra charges for the gym payable at the entrance.

My wife and I, own and manage our holiday rental properties in the UK and Spain. We are Irish Nationals living in Spain and the UK for the last 40 years.

You do not need a car here. All our five apartments are within 5 minutes walk from Marina Puerto Banus. This is the most popular holiday resort in Spain. Our average rain fall is about 30 days a year. Winter Sunny holidays are very popular besides the Summer season. Within few minutes walk from the apartments there are tens of international restaurants for all budgets, where you will also find the largest departmental store in Spain named Cortes Ingles that offers all services ; designer clothes or sport wear post office, restaurants, dry cleaning etc.. In our building there is Super Core which is a 24/7 mini-market. There are more than 50 international golf courses, of all standards, within half an hour drive including a night course. The Casino is across the road. Many bridge clubs in our area. Several tennis clubs are within walking distance from the apartments.
