Welcome to Casa Maria Sol, a spacious and bright two-story townhouse located in a beautiful, modern residential community in Cadaqués. The property offers over 160 m² of living space and includes a private outdoor parking space within the complex, providing both comfort and security during your stay. With over 30 years of experience in Cadaqués, the owners have carefully equipped the house to ensure a perfect stay both in summer and winter, offering all the comfort and amenities you need to enjoy your holiday at any time of the year. In the private garden, you’ll find a barbecue and a cozy outdoor dining area, ideal for long, relaxing evenings in the Mediterranean climate. The house comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms: Master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with two single beds (90 cm), perfect for families or groups of friends. Bedroom 4, located on the second floor, with a large terrace and sea views, a perfect space to relax and unwind. Please note that, as this is a well-equipped family holiday home, some wardrobes contain extra bedding and household linen. Guests will still have storage space for their belongings, although it may be slightly more limited in some bedrooms than in properties used exclusively as holiday rentals.
