Marina Serena offers a comfortable, luxurious, relaxing experience, close to all main amenities. Just 3 minutes flat walk to La Cala, the beach and most restaurants. Across the street from 2 supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other shops. Wide open views of the sea and mountains. Beautiful sunsets from the spacious terrace. The apartment is in a closed gated secure community featuring a large pool and garden area, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor Spa facilities, gym and chillout lounge.
We are a family currently in need to move away from our beautiful home in La Cala. We are hoping our apartment makes a lovely home away from home for those wanting to enjoy all the good stuff La Cala has to offer.
The neighbourhood is a quiet, upmarket area that's very well connected to and catered for all amenities available in La Cala. Including the beach, Golf Courses, access to main road to airport and other towns in the area, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops. All on your doorstep.
