The entire apartment is furnished with high-quality furniture and is ready for you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The building has two identical apartments and a shared rooftop terrace. The terrace is furnished with a hanging sun lounger, hammocks, and an unparalleled reading and relaxation area with sea views. The zone is located on a 4-kilometre paved road, close to the different beaches and restaurants, supermarkets, backery, coffeshop and everything else. The capital of the island is located at a distance of 15km and the airport of Gran Canaria is at a distance of just 5km. The rooftop is communal.
