My name is Yajmay, and I am the owner of Miya del Sol. This villa was built with enjoyment, peace, and privacy in mind. It's a villa with a lot of personality and warmth. Every room welcomes you and envelops you in tranquility. Its layout is designed so you can have and enjoy all the spaces, moving between them with ease and comfort. For example, from the barbecue area, you can access a bathroom and the pool without having to go through other rooms. From the living room and kitchen, you can access a cantilevered terrace, where you can enjoy the feeling of being "floating in the air," while the trade winds caress your face and the sun bathes you as it sets over the sea. The house was built with a lot of love and the hope that you will enjoy it and feel, for a time, what I felt every day when I lived here.

Miya del Sol is a villa whose renovation was carried out taking into account and respecting the sun's orientation on the island. Therefore, from sunrise to sunset, its rooms are bathed in sunlight, making you feel that whether you are showering, relaxing, cooking, or reading in the villa, the sun is always with you. The ironwork elements were crafted by a Canarian artisan, complementing the intention of uniting the building with the surrounding landscape and nature. Mount Teide and the sea can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, pool, and barbecue area. Pool heating is included in the villa's price.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is a privileged residential area on the outskirts of La Orotava. It boasts the best butcher shop in northern Tenerife, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a very popular tavern called Sansofé. Nearby, just a few minutes' drive away, are several guachinches, which are restaurants serving traditional Canarian cuisine. The Las Cuevas residential area is a one-minute drive from the highway, which provides access to any part of the island, as it circles the entire island.
