We are Hayo and Nicole with our three children Julius, Mia and Oliver. Monte Valeo is where our dream and vision meet a place in southern Spain created to help people reconnect with nature and themselves. After a life-changing diagnosis, we chose a simpler path, closer to the seasons and to what truly matters. Back to the essence. Back to nature. A place that reminds us that real transformation begins when we dare to slow down and truly listen.

There are two authentic Spanish villages just 7 minutes away: Coín and Alhaurín el Grande. You’ll find several supermarkets there, including Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi. It’s about 30 minutes to both Málaga and Marbella, and 25 minutes to our favourite beach, Cala de Mijas.
