In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, of the Government of Spain, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information in lodging activities, by virtue of the principle of protection of the public security and citizen security, we inform you that it is the obligation of all guests to provide the personal data required by current regulations as well as to sign the traveler's parts (all those over 14 years of age; with respect to those under 14 years of age, their parents or legal guardians must provide the data); as well as show their passport or identification at the entrance to the accommodations. In case of refusal, by virtue of the right of admission, entry may be denied.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
