My Flats Bailen is the latest addition to our collection of top end Vacation Rental building. Its ideal location, close to the beach and in the best location of the city center of Alicante, makes this apartment building an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The building has been fully renovated in 2019 and has been finished to the highest standards without losing its original architecture of the 1910´s. T

My Flats - Bailen is located in the heart of the traditional center of Alicante, only a few minutes walk to all the comercial as well as entertainment areas of the city of Alicante and only a 8 minute walk to the beach of El Postiguet. It is also a few steps away from the best restaurants in town.
