Property info

It is situated in an ideal spot, originally in an Olive grove (you can still appreciate some of the original olive trees within the spacious gardens of the complex. Towards the end of the 70’s Nerja received an International Tourist prize, making it known throughout the world. As a result of this people of different nationalities came to Nerja, and one of these was a family from the United States who saw the beauty of Capistrano, bought the plot of olive trees and built a small house. Family and friends came to visit and they liked it so much that they bought a small adjoining plot to build another house, and in this way, some 8-years’ later, a unique complex, because of its situation, it’s white washed houses, it’s tranquility, it’s preparation and services, is ideal to stop time and enjoy.

Neighborhood info

The area is very close to Burriana Beach (1,5km) and the wonderful Nerja Caves, the bridle path to the Chillar River, the cliffs and bays of Maro and it’s lovely beaches. Among the activities available there is padel, tennis, walking, scuba diving, horse riding, cycling,etc.
