Die Villa Paraiso umfasst ein altes Herrenhaus mit zwei luxuriösen und privaten Gästeappartements zum entspannen und wohlfühlen.
Direkt an der Steilküste in Santa Ursula, 200 m über Meeresspiegel, befindet sich das traumhafte Anwesen "Villa Pariso", mit einem spektakulären Blick auf Puerto und das Meer. Im nahen Umfeld befindet sich drei große Supermärkte, Gemüsehändler und viele kleine Shops, sowie Bars und Restaurants. Das Dorfzentrum von Santa Ursula befindet sich rund 5 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet einen einblick in die spanische Lebenskultur, entfernt vom Tourismus. Wenn sie lieber den touristischen Rummel mögen, gelangen sie mit dem Auto in nur in 10 Minuten an die Strandpromenade von Puerto de la Cruz. Riesige Einkaufzentren sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
