Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, located on the 8th floor in the superb Parque Marbella building, in the heart of Marbella, 200m from the beach with partial sea views. Located just behind the Constitution Park (Parque de La Constitución), so access to the beach is only a 2 minute walk. The orientation of the property is west, sunny and with a wonderful terrace, throughout the house, so that all the bedrooms have natural light. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room. 🏊‍ Among the Parque Marbella´s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round, one of them for children. 🔑 The oficial Check-in time is from 4pm to 9pm. 👩‍✈The community has 24 hour security 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price. Come and enjoy your holiday with the leader in vacation rentals in Marbella! 🚗 If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company.

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms. With its views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of Morocco, and an endless selection of relaxing beach bars, it is a particularly attractive spot to watch the world go by.
