Located in the center of Pozuelo de Alarcón, this house welcomes up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a living room. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the other two bedrooms each offer 2 single beds. The living room can accommodate 2 additional guests with folding beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, capsule coffee machine, and juicer. Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, workspace, and elevator access. For families with babies, a crib, high chair, and breakfast are included. All rooms have windows that provide plenty of natural light and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Events are not allowed on the property. This spectacular penthouse includes an elevator, but guests need to climb one floor via two flights of stairs, each 120 cm wide. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and radiator heating. The walls are finished in oak wood and the floor is pink granite, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The spacious living-dining room features a fireplace with a door to prevent smoke from escaping. The penthouse is well connected to central Madrid by several bus lines, with stops just meters away. Line 656 goes directly to Moncloa in about 25 minutes, and line 651 to Colonia Jardín in 10 minutes, connecting to metro line 10. The local train station (Pozuelo Estación) is a 10-minute bus ride away. Metro maps are available upon request. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
