Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. This apartment features 2 private open terraces that are cozily furnished for your outdoor relaxation. Additionally, guests can access shared amenities, including a fenced pool (which is open all year round, but not heated) and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the street, and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, commercial filming, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.
