Spectacular penthouse private in front of the sea and on top of a building, with private swimming pool with massage jets and gorgeous terrace. One terrace is covered with roof and the other one under the sun. In both terraces you can have your dinners, lunch or breakfast . Both terrace just beside the swimming pool with two tables, sofa and chairs enogh for 6 persons. And 2 sun beds. The apartment is on the top floor of the building with 2 floors inside. On the top floor the main room, dressing room with bathroom, living room, kitchen and terraces. On the first floor two other rooms and a bathroom. You can request an extra bed or baby cot for a kid. You should be allow to the maintenance guy to enter every week maximun 2 hours to clean the swimming pool.
I am familiar person with two kids, on weekends we do plans in order to enjoy family. Although that you can count with us If you have any problem or douth to solve. You can take the keys by yourself with the safe box, but if you need explanations I will go home to provide you with explanations you need, you can use an electronic window in the dressing room, or the electronic blinds at the rooms and main bathroom, swimming pool´s light are automatically working on an schedule from 20:00h till 23:00h or the air conditioning. or whatever doubt they could have. I can contact with a rent a car to facilitate the service at home for having a car, shopping list in advance in order to have everything arranged and enjoy your time at home.
It is a very relax and quiet area, you can enjoy a bath just in front of the house, with very transparent water due to the rocks. In the surroundings there are 2 good sand beaches for the family (Melenara and Salinetas), and for surfing one of the best in the island which is Playa del Hombre (15´on foot), with a nice walking passage for doing sport. In front of the house, long rock bay for swimming and 2-3´ on foot there is a port (Taliarte Port) where you can find sailing course or windsurf mainly at summer time. It is easy to see sailboats at anchor in the bay in front of our house since it is a very quiet place. The house is about 10´by taxi from the airport and 15-20´far from Las Palmas main City in the (website hidden) is 200 meters far from the public transport to Telde City, and 30´ far from the South of the island, Maspalomas Beach, jewelry of the island. New supermaket is open walking 2 minutes from home, call it SPAR
