Property info

Enjoy your visit to Seville by staying in a cozy, quiet and well-located apartment in the heart of the Nervión district. The building dates back to 1929 but has been completely renovated and offers all modern comforts in four fully equipped apartments. A free shared washing machine is available for all guests in the hallway, located under the stairs. It's easily accessible by car and free parking is available on nearby streets. The airport and Santa Justa train station are also close by. The Gran Plaza metro is 700m away, providing quick access to the Old Town and the Feria fairgrounds. There is also a shopping center 450 meters away, where you can catch buses to other points of interest such as Las Setas or the FIBES Trade Fair Centre.

Neighborhood info

Our apartments are in the Nervión district, one of Seville's most comfortable and well-connected areas. The old Cruzcampo brewery is just a few minutes' walk away, where you can sample specialty beers and tapas while enjoying live music. Close to the apartments, you'll find two shopping centres, Nervión Plaza and Los Arcos, with cinemas and fashion boutiques. There are also many local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The Sevilla CF football stadium is very close by, where you can experience Seville's football atmosphere or enjoy the lively atmosphere of the area.
