Welcome to our house on the Portuguese Coastal Way of Saint James. We rent two double rooms with a bathroom each in our private house. One of the rooms has direct access to the garden, but both can use the garden as it is common to the house. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds, quality linens, door lock, shower towels and Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are not inside the rooms but are private for each one, and they have a toilet, a shower and a sink. I (María Teresa) live in the house with my little dog Cuca and a cat Lúa who comes to sleep. To find the house easily, it is the light green house that is located between the Cafeteria Do Mosteiro and the Hotel A Raíña. The portal is number 16. Oia is very calm. We have the Oia Cultural House 100m away where there is a cafeteria that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and we are less than 5 minutes from the center of Oia where there are several restaurants. Hello, my name is Marité and I am the host of the house. I have lived in this house for several years with my dog ​​Cuca, who is a cross between Yorkshire and Pitcher. I am fron Oia and I can recommend places to visit and where to eat.

Oia is a small town on the Galician coast. It is located between A Guarda and Baiona and a few kilometers from Portugal. The town has a 13th Century Monastery that has been in ruins since the Spanish Civil War, but the Church is in good condition and can be entered. Some days there are also guided tours to the Monastery. Our house is very close to the center of town where there is a tourist office, as well as a couple of bars and restaurants. The temperatures in Oia are moderated by the sea and we always have less cold and heat than the inland areas. Everything is always green here and the plants grow very well. What usually impresses the most about Oia are the sunsets, which, being over the sea, turn the entire sky red.
