Brand new, beautifully furnished apartment in Iconic Residences in Gran Alacant. The apartment has a large terrace with side view of the sea. Here you can eat your breakfast or enjoy your evening. Within a 650m walk there is the blue flag beach Playa Carabassi with it's amazing wide sandy beach, bars, restaurant and sun loungers for rent if needed. At your disposal will be a spacious private terrace, a community swimming pool for adults, and children's pool. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment with heating in winter. Wifi access is available in whole apartment. A private parking space is provided in the underground garage. Here you will spend an unforgettable holiday with your family or friends. Check-in between 16:00–22:00 is free of charge. Late check-in after 22:00 is possible upon request and subject to an additional fee of 50 EUR. Check-out between 08:00–11:00 is free of charge. Early check-out before 08:00 is possible upon request and subject to an additional fee of 50 EUR.

Hi, We would like to welcome you to our apartment here in Costa Blanca, Spain. It is brand new, located in a new urbanization - Iconic Residences. We have furnished it as our second home and we hope you love it too.

The apartment is located on a hill just above the blue flag beach Playa Carabassi (650m). The nearest small supermarket with daily fresh baguettes (Albir) is 200m. Many restaurants 200-500m. We espacially recomment the Il Cappezolo or la Paletta restaurants. Large supermarket (Unide) 600m. Gran Alacant commetcial center with supermarkets, restaurants, etc - 2,6km. Alicante Airport - 11km.
