We promptly attend to the needs of our tenants during their stay, should any need arise within the apartment.

Notice: Summer 2025, there will be construction work on a commercial space in a building adjacent to the apartment. There may be noise. Apartment on the beachfront of Fuengirola, It has a TV in the living room with a 62-inch Smart TV and a TV in the main bedroom with a 42-inch Smart TV. All rooms with conditioned air. It consists of 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It also has another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm / each. Large terrace with folding terrace glass, Lumon quality. The house is designed with high quality materials: marble floors, and high-end furniture. Capacity for 4 people. The American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking (all new since July 2021) and the following appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator.

Neighborhood info

The complex has many gardens, fountains, and a playground. The Paseo Marítimo de Fuengirola is very lively, with bars, restaurants, shops, and a children's area with swings for children.
