An amazing, cozy, and well-equipped apartment awaits you! Located in a quiet residential and secure area, with a private garage lot, elevator, and 4 swimming pools, located at 1 km distance by car to 2 groceries, a shopping center, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, banks, and souvenir shops. The closest Calahonda beach is 2.2 km away. The taxi and public transportation bus are 500 m away. Also, a good restaurant is nearby, Miel & Nata. Not to forget a children's playground close to this restaurant. In addition to these close objectives, many other restaurants, beaches, and attractions are in the area. The neighborhood is located 36 km from the airport. Feel free to ask me for any other information; I will be glad to provide it to you. The apartment is fully equipped, just like at home! Including a safe for ID, valuables, children's toys, beach items. A cozy, quiet balcony with a sea view, with plants around you. I assure you that you will feel good!
In the vicinity, there is a public transport station, a taxi rank, a children's park, and a dog park. There is also a Miel & Nata restaurant and a bar approximately 500 meters away. There are 4 swimming pools in the neighborhood, free of charge; you can go to any of them. A covered parking space, intended for the apartment, but you can also park on the street. The neighborhood is safe, and there is permanent surveillance.
