The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a fan in every room, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a shared gym and a shared sauna are also provided for your enjoyment (open year-round). The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, a children's pool, a covered terrace, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. A heated indoor pool is also available upon request. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available.
