Mysigt radhus med tre sovrum i eftertraktade Costa Hispania som ligger utmed Avenida carabasi, med gångavstånd till stranden. Detta hus har mycket bra läge, bara några hundra meter från stranden och 4 gemensamma poolerna. Det finns även flera vandringsleder i naturparken och utegym på området. På bottenvåningen finns ett stort vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med luftkonditionering, öppen spis, matsal, ett fullt utrustat kök, balkong och WC. På andra våningen finns tre sovrum och en AC, ett badrum och en liten balkong till två av sovrummen. På taket finns ett stort soligt solarium med utsikt över naturparken och havet. Här kan man njuta av solen och laga till något på el grillen. Dessutom finns en tillhörande parkeringsplats, tennisbana, en idrottsplan för flera ändamål och en cafébar/restaurang på området. Bostadsområdet Costa Hispania består av moderna lägenheter och radhus, byggda med hög standard och designade för att maximera komfort och bekvämlighet.
We are a Swedish-owned, family-run company based in beautiful Santa Pola. The hosting team consists of Dennis (son), Monica (mother), and Malkolm (father). We are available 24/7 during your stay. Your primary contact will be Dennis, who speaks Spanish, English, and Swedish. When it´s time to do the check-in one of us will be outside of the apartment to help you in and show you the property.
