It is a new apartment in a building from 2020.The apartment is located in Torremolinos, just a 5-minute walk from Playa del Bajondillo, and 15 minutes from Playa de la Carihuela. It has air conditioning in all rooms, flat screen TV in the living room, private parking included, free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, kitchenware, iron as well as towels, bed linen and a double bathroom with shower.
Around the apartment you will find supermarkets, neighborhood stores such as fruit shops, it is a very quiet area with a small forest in front, but at the same time close to the center and the beach, also: - Aqualand Torremolinos is a 20-minute walk away. - Parador de Golf Malaga 7 minutes away and Benalmadena Golf 12 minutes away by car and the Benalmádena marina is 7 km away. - Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport just 6 km away. - Plaza Mayor shopping center 6 km
