Draco have been designed to offer a third space, with environmental sustainability in mind (we only use clean renewable energy) where you can integrate life and work, in a healthy, warm, and exclusive private villa with heated pool. Located in sunny Candelaria, with great views to the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the mountains surrounding the Güímar valley to the west. Is just 5 minutes’ walk from the Maritime Avenue where you can find: black volcanic sand beaches, restaurants and shopping areas and is only 15 minutes’ drive from Santa Cruz-La Laguna metropolitan area. It provides accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 fully furnished suites, with private bathroom, air conditioner and HD TV with Netflix. Only the main suite will be available for reservations of up to 2 people. The others remain closed. An additional suite will be available for every 1 or 2 people added to the reservation. With symmetric optic fiber connections, 5G full coverage, several inside/outside working and leisure spaces, heated pool, solarium and a heated shower in the outside. It has parking for 2 vehicles and solar energy with electric heat pumps technology for hot water.

With an area of 50 km2, Candelaria has 28,000 inhabitants and is located in a volcanic region caused by the slide of a large mass of materials towards the sea: the Güímar Valley. This has drawn a landscape formed by high mountains that surround the valley, gentle slopes in its midlands and a coastline of black sand beaches and pebbles. It has marked fishing character and a long and wide Maritime Avenue to stroll along, which runs along the seashore. In its many restaurants, where you can try all kinds of food, from fresh fish in one of the most popular restaurants on the island, to typical Canarian food or gourmet hamburgers and sandwiches. Along the main shopping area, located on Avenida de los Menceyes, 10 minutes’ walk from the property, you can find supermarkets, a shopping center and all kinds of shops and services. In addition, there is a remarkable variety of restaurants with home delivery.
