Apartment 50 was completely renovated and furnished in 2020, followed by Apartment 51 in 2024. The comfortable living room with a sofa bed features air conditioning, a stable and fast fiber-optic internet connection/Wi-Fi (perfectly suited for remote work) and a TV with local and international channels, as well as internet apps like YouTube. The dining area offers enough space for a common meal. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as coffee and a kettle for tea. In the bedroom there is a large bed for two persons and a closet with enough storage space for clothes. For those who like to hear the sound of the waves, the bedroom window can be opened at night and listen to the sea while going to sleep. In the bathroom with shower there are fresh towels, a hair dryer and a washing machine. The spacious balcony with sitting area offers a beautiful view of the garden and pool. In the community garden there are enough sunshades on the green area to relax after a cool down in the pool. For small children there is an extra children's pool and of course enough space to play on the lawn.
We are a family of four from the beautiful Allgäu region in Germany. For us, these apartments are more than just holiday rentals; they are a bridge between our two homes. My wife was born and raised right here in Nerja, and it has always been our dream to establish a place in her hometown that reflects our love for this coast. We completely renovated Apartments 50 and 51 to create a space where we—and now you—can feel truly at home. What we enjoy most about hosting is sharing the magic of Nerja: from the hidden coves to the best local tapas spots my wife has known since childhood. Whether you're here to work remotely or to enjoy a family sun-soaked holiday, we are delighted to share our dream home with you. We look forward to hosting you!
The beach Playazo is directly accessible from the entrance of the apartment. The beach is equipped with toilets, showers and lifeguard stations. At Playazo beach you can find several restaurants and cafes, which are within walking distance. At the apartment there are public parking lots and a small supermarket with an ATM. Next to the supermarket, cars and scooters can be rented at the reception of the apartment block. The surroundings can be explored with a walk along the beach. The inner city of Nerja is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment. A public bus goes every hour to the center of Nerja and takes only a few minutes.
