Rural villa is rented: house with two floors and 5 bedrooms, gardens and private swimming pool. Located in a rural environment, within the municipality of Güímar (Tenerife), is "Finca La Albahaca". It is a private property with more than 1000 m2, consisting of: - House with two floors, which includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 living rooms, kitchen, office and small gym. - Swimming Pool of 11 m x 3 m. - Beautiful gardens and organic orchards. - Barbecue. - Parking for 5 cars. The maintenance staff goes to the villa to clean the swimming pool and take care of the gardens on Tuesdays in the morning and Fridays in the afternoon. The house includes wifi (2 mb) and TV. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
