My prime properties are on the frontline ( first line ) to the sea, so they have a constant sea breeze and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. They are quiet and soundproof and there is no need for air-conditioning in the summer as they are north ( seas ) facing. Samsara is in the middle of the iconic La Concha Bay with parking, a large terrace and picturesque pictures of the Old Town and Santa Clara island. The back patio is very sunny for your pets or laundry but which still protects the coolness of the home. Titanic has a bay window and French stone balcony facing the sea which is just 10 metres in front of you, so you can feel the power of the ocean. For both homes, there is parking and easy accessibility, with wide corridors and elevators. I look forward to welcoming you.
