SAN ESTEBAN 16 SUITES San Esteban suites is designed for our guests to enjoy the elegant luxury of staying in the heart of Seville. San Esteban suites is located in a 17th century building. Located in the historic center (900 m from the Cathedral and 1,300 m from Santa Justa Station), next to Puerta Carmona. The interior design has been very careful, many of the antiques in the decoration come from the family that owns the house. Although, yes, they have been incorporated with all the current advances and comforts, without losing style. At the San Esteban suites, our first concern is intimacy and privacy. For this we have reduced the common areas, increasing the private ones. Our suites have at least 40 m2. The walls, ceilings, and floors have been soundproofed. In addition, in our façade there is no other neighbor than the church of San Esteban, from the beginning of the 14th century. Our other great concern is caring for the environment, which is why all our air conditioning is aerothermal, all the lights are LED, and the lighting in common areas has a presence detector. In addition, each suite has 4 independent waste deposits.
