Just remodeled excellent 3-bedroom apartment in the center of Zumaia. Bright inside with plenty of light and super peaceful and quiet at night, no noise whatsoever. Nearby parking, just a 5 minute walk from Itzurun Beach, all restaurants, bars, stores and other services reached in minutes on foot. Even though the building has no lift the apartment is on the 1st floor. Note: From June 15 until September 15 parking is prohibited. There are 2 Public Car parkings in town. Excelente apartamento de 3 dormitorios recién reformado en el centro histórico del pueblo. Todo exterior, soleado, tranquilo, con mucha iluminación y con aparcamiento cercano. Está a 5 min andando de la playa de Itzurun. Cercano a restaurantes, bares, tiendas y resto de servicios a 2 min a pie. Aunque el edificio no tenga ascensor, el piso es un primero. Nota: Desde el 15 Junio hasta 15 Septiembre esta prohibido aparkar en el pueblo, se puede aparkar en 2 parking publicos.
