This wonderful 75 m2 two bedroom apartment is right in the heart of Estepona, close to the beach (400 m) and a large selection of shops, bars & restaurants. The apartment is located on the back of the building – away from the Avenida Juan Carlos and facing east, with the morning sun flowing in over a gently curved terrace which overlooks a primary school and offers views of Estepona old town. Indoor parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart Tv are available. Both bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes.
