When booking more than 3 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. A guarantee deposit will be requested to be paid at the confirmation of the reservation.

When travelling with pets, please note that an Extra Charge of 12€ per dog/per night, and a 25€ Cleaning fee per stay applies. The property can only accept dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets are only allowed to stay in the Double Room. Accommodation with pets does include 1 Eco Water Bowl (1000 ml)/1 Eco Food Bowl (750 ml)/15 Biodegradable Bags/1 Bag Dispenser/1 Bag of Healthy Snacks/1 Play Ball or water bowl.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

We do not have our own parking, but if you wish you can park in the "Las Descalzas" car park (Plaza de las Descalzas s/n), which is the closest to our property.

Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.

Luggage storage is available for up to 12 hours after check-out.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
