A new beautiful apartment in a residence of Playa 9 is located within a few minutes walk (450m) from the beach and promenade with stores and restaurants. It is a 10 minutes drive from Alicante International Airport and a 15 minutes drive from a lovely city of Alicante. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) 1 bathroom. The south facing terrace offers a view of the garden, playground, 2 swimming pools and the jacuzzis, as well as partial view of the sea and the mountains. The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances(smart tv, wifi, air condition,heating, dishwasher, washing machine, cooktop, stove , microwave. One parking space on a gated premises included, plenty of free parking on the street. Included are 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for our guests to enjoy. Bigger supermarkets ( Lidl, Mercadona ) are located in Gran Alacant a few minutes drive also accessible by bus.
Alicante 15 minutes, Mirador del Far de Santa Pola (lookout point), Airport 10 min drive, Supermarkets 10 min.
