The studio apartment Sol y Breeze, with step-free access and interior, is located in Torre del Mar and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The 38 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and beach/bath towels. A baby cot is also available. The building has an elevator for easy access. You have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower (please check opening dates). The accommodation is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Free street parking is available. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Please note that government measures regarding water usage may apply during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or tap water. The pool is a shared seasonal pool and is usually open from about mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
