Large, spacious traditional property, with extensive outdoor space, on the outskirts of Seville, surrounded by lovely garden, lined with fruiting orange and lemon trees, with stunning views over the city and sunsets. There is a good size swimming pool and plenty of variety of outdoor space to relax in, play basketball, table tennis or badminton.
We have recently renovated the entire place, with a totally new Kitchen /Dining space and larger windows for increased light, redecorated and refurbished throughout, with new large sofas, 2 new smart TVs for 3 communal areas, new dining tables for 2 inside dining areas, and new outside 'chill zone' with new outside furniture, and comfortable outside lounging zones, the pool has also been cleaned and re-edged.
10/15 mins drive from the Centre of Seville, in a quiet area of traditional garden villas.
Ideal situation, a relaxing oasis on the quiet edges of the city, to escape the hustle and bustle, but just a short drive to Seville city centre and all it's multiple enchanting attractions.
The extensive outdoor space contains areas to sit and eat, an outdoor kitchen with bar, gas barbeque/grill, and extensive fridge space, for cooking, eating and drinking al fresco, overlooking the pool area, shaded by a veranda filled with plants.
A cool oasis to rereat to after sigtseeing, or other activities.
The spacious interior contains a large kitchen dining space, with high ceilings to retreat to when the heat outside rises. There is air conditioning throughout.
We are a family excited about hosting at our newly renovated villa, which we have put a lot of work and Love into, and we are hoping that people will enjoy it as much as we do!
This is a quiet neighbourhood of garden villas. There is a bar/Restaurant at the end of the road 'Asador Jazmin' which you can walk to, slightly further in Bellavista a few mins drive away, there is a great supermarket 'Mercadona' which has fabulous freshly cooked takeaway food as well as the usual stuff. There are also Bars and Tapas in Bellavista, but slightly further you will find Los Bermejales, which is packed with good bars and restaurants etc. Slightly further down the road towards the city centre you will find Heliopolis a beautiful area built for the Expo of 1929, with our favourite bar with tapas 'Avelina' in the lovely central square, there are other bars and restaurants here too, and the city centre with it's huge variety of eating and drinking options, is not far.
