A pie de la Plaza de la Laguna se encuentra un portal de Hierro con el número 14. Estudio con balcon en centro historico, frente al Ayuntamiento en zona peatonal, con muchas tiendas y bares. A 100 metros del barco transbordador para cruzar el rio Guadiana hacia Portugal. Estudio totalmente nuevo. A estrenar.Aceso a la primera la planta a través de una escalera. Cuando se sube la puedes ver dos puertas, una de frente y otra en la parte derecha, ésta última es la que acede al Estudio Plaza de La Laguna. El estudio dispone de un baño privado, cocina pequeña, dos camas individuales juntas y un sofa cama(con dos colchones de 190x80)
