Mandatory Online Check-in and ID Verification

All guests must complete an online check-in via our web app before arrival or in the property to be able to obatin a digital key, chek in is autonomous and online.

Online check-in requires:

A scanned copy of an official identity document (passport, DNI/NIE for Spanish residents, or national ID for EU citizens).

A selfie for identity verification.

This information is mandatory and will be submitted to local authorities as required by law in Alicante.

Guests who do not complete the online check-in cannot be guaranteed check-in outside of standard hours.

On-site Check-in Policy

If guests choose to check in at the property if available instead:

They must present an official identity document:

Spanish residents: DNI or NIE

EU citizens: National identity card or passport

Other nationalities: Passport

Driving licenses are not accepted.

Failure to complete the online check-in or provide the required documents may result in denied access to the property.

Purpose of Data Collection

Guest identification details are collected exclusively for compliance with local laws requiring registration with authorities.

This is done to ensure security and legal compliance with Alicante’s tourism and police regulations.

How Your Data Is Stored and Protected

Secure Storage: All personal data is stored in a secure, encrypted system with access restricted to authorized personnel only.

Access Controls: Only staff responsible for legal compliance and law enforcement authorities can access this data.

Transmission Security: Information is transmitted using encrypted channels to prevent unauthorized interception.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your identification data will be retained only for the legally required period in accordance with Spanish law.

Typically, this is up to 1 year for police reporting and compliance purposes.

After the retention period, all data will be securely deleted from our systems.

How Your Data is Used

This data is NOT used for marketing, promotions, or any commercial purposes.

It is only shared with local law enforcement authorities as required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties.

Guest Rights & Data Access Requests

Guests have the right to:

Request a copy of their stored data before it is deleted.

Request early deletion of their data after check-out, where legally possible.

Receive confirmation of data deletion after the mandatory retention period ends.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Guillman Suites of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 08:00:00.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
