A magnificent, spacious, and bright apartment thanks to its two inviting terraces. You can dine or read a book in the sunshine. An additional room, equipped with ample wardrobes and a desk, can serve as an office and dressing room. We always pay special attention to our guests; we want them to feel pampered. You'll have access to an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and much more. The apartment doesn't have a lift, but it's accessible by just 22 steps. Bakery, restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets: everything is within easy walking distance. A nearby diving center will allow you to explore the seabed of Playa del Cabrón, home to some of the most beautiful marine reserves in Gran Canaria and the world, with over 400 marine species, for an unforgettable holiday.

Arinaga Beach is a charming place, with beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything you might need, yet it's not a tourist hotspot. Winters are warm, perfect for enjoying the beaches, while summers are windy, but you won't get as hot as in other parts of the island, thanks to the trade winds that make it ideal for sports like windsurfing and surfing.
