Modern apartment decorated to a high standard with large private terrace with fantastic sea views, free high speed WiFi, within a quiet urbanisation with shared swimming pool and tennis court. The property consists of 1 bedroom, living room with dining area, spacious kitchen, bathroom. Easy parking outside the apartment. The residence is only a 5 minute walk away from a large supermarket and a nice restaurant/tapas bar. The centre of town is a short drive or a 20 minute walk. The flat is part of a duplex. The upstairs apartment has been created to provide a private space with its own entrance that separates it from our downstairs apartment to give our guests complete privacy. The bedroom has a king size bed, hot/cold air conditioning and a window with views to the surrounding countryside. The large living room is divided into a dining area and a sitting area that offers a comfortable three seater sofa and flat-screen tv. Both spaces have aircon units. The large kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances. Sliding doors from the living room provides access to the large terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining and offers views to the sea and countryside
I live with my partner, Dean, in Nerja (Malaga). Previously we hosted properties in Fuerteventura. Now we have come back to the magical town of Nerja which is the jewel of the Costa del Sol. We are keen backpackers and love to travel. We are keen to show off our place in the sun, and show you why everyone falls in love with the place. The streets are vibrant with a multitude of tapas bars and restaurants to choose from. There are many places to admire such as the caves and museum, the beaches in town and the Balcon de Europa. We look forward to welcoming you to Nerja soon!
La Noria is a quiet residential area within Nerja with excellent access to the city center and the highway. The city center is about a 20 minute walk. There is a bus stop 200 meters from the apartment that will take you to the Nerja bus station. All information related to public transport, local attractions, our favorite bars and restaurants will be provided in our information book.
