Welcome to our home! We are delighted to welcome you in a cozy attic studio completely renovated, bright and in the heart of La Villa de la Orotava, in Tenerife. Protected heritage building dating from 1952, which also houses the Auditorium at the back. Historical area, and in the heart of the municipality. Easy public and private parking, supermarket, well-known bars and tapas area. Ideal for young people and families who want to be in a central area full of life. The space is very bright 100% exterior, living room with a large double sofa bed, small bar and fully equipped kitchen with everything, Nesspresso coffee machine and welcome capsules; In addition to all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Full bathroom with hydromassage column, and living room with service, Wi-Fi with fiber and SmartTV with Internet connection. Parties and pets are not authorized. It is an Attic Studio on the fifth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR of a historic building. Just below you have a magnificent place called "El Gomero", run by Estrella and Abraham, with great service. You'll love it! La Villa de la Orotava, located in the North of Tenerife, which has developed an enormous role in cultural and economic terms. Municipality that welcomes the Teide (highest peak in Spain 3718m) and that by extension is one of the largest in the Canary Islands. The building area is known for being the epicenter of tapas bars and an area for museums and interpretation centers. Historic center of affluence, and a lot of life, with a shopping area, squares and wonderful gardens. La Orotava, being a reference municipality, has all public transport services just 2 minutes from the apartment. Taxi rank at the same door, and public and private parking area in the area attached to the building.
