Property info

Building with 4 floors. Although it has a lift, it will work from the first floor till the third floor, not goes to the 4th floor. All apartments has a balcony or cover terrace with a jacuzzi except Penthouse that terrace in on the open space, although now we have a awning on the 4th floor or penthouse. Just in front of the sea, small porth, in front of Playa chica (rock beach, cristaline wáter) and 3 minutes from Melenara Beach on footh. Fresh and Nordic Decoration, big terrace around 40square meters with jacuzzi on the terrace. Light, modern and confortable. Non crowed touristic área. Near of airport and Las Palmas City and 30 minutes from the south of the island. Very sunny área, relax, ideal for kids to play and helthy food.
