This place is where fabric of reality bends and dreams come true. I could tell you a few that came true for me, one of them is turning it into a guest house. The place in itself feels like heaven on earth to be precise. Perfect place to rest, chill and relax. Imagine... large pool to chill in the hot summer weather and plenty of areas to enjoy the garden I'm still working on. Away from busy roads you can hear all types of birds tweeting. 15 minutes drive from Granada, 40 mins drive to the Ski resort and 40 mins to the beach of Motril and Almuñecar. House is near beautiful endless rolling hills of olive groves with beautiful paths and lanes to ride by bike walk nearby and get a full view of Granada. Even better view at night time with all the pretty lights. Just ask me for the best spot to see them. 🤗

Very peaceful residential area with supermarket, chemist, food delivery options and two or three restaurants nearby. There are plenty of walking paths and bike lanes nearby to explore and enjoy the countryside.
