Please note that the reservation payment must be made 5 days before arrival via a link that we will send you by email. This payment is nonrefundable.

You will also be required to pay a damage deposit of €100. This deposit will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours after your check-out, once the accommodations has been checked.

All guests staying at the property must register in the same link, which is mandatory.

Smoking is not allowed. In case of noncompliance, a charge of €100 will be applied for ionization costs.

Please note that the bike center is for exclusive use of bicycles and has a workshop and cleaning section, for a supplement of € 2 per bike per night, and is subject to confirmation of availability by the property.

Please not that we have a cycling center with a secure area for storing bicycles with electrical outlets, a self-service workshop area (with an air pump), and a washing area.
