Caribbean-inspired home with a private pool. It features a jacuzzi, waterfall, and beach area. An outdoor dining area with a bioclimatic pergola and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, as well as an outdoor bathroom. The home has two floors. The upper floor has two double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms, one en suite. The master bedroom leads to a separate terrace. On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room with two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, as well as a twin bedroom, a full bathroom, and a separate kitchen with all appliances. The home has internet access, free private parking upon reservation, and access to a second communal pool just 30 meters away. Access to the pool and garden must be permitted for maintenance on a pre-arranged day and time. Electricity is included, but overuse will be charged separately.
A very quiet residential area, ideal for a family getaway. About 100 meters away is a shopping center with all kinds of services, including restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment venues, and bus stops for easy access to the beach or nearby towns.
