If you love the beach, the ocean views and the sound of the sea waves, this is the place for you. Alicante has mild winters to enjoy the outdoors by the sea. Eighth floor. Enclosed terrace (balcony) with glass. Three double bedrooms.. Internet (wifi). Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with large shower renovated. Great views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace, living-dining room and master bedroom. You can see the sea when waking up from the bed, enjoying the sun, even in winter, as the terrace is fully glazed and protected (solarium). It is very bright and oriented towards dawn. The beds are comfortable mattresses.
I have never rented my house before, I have decided to do it in January 2017 and I think you will like it almost as much as I do. Meeting other places on the planet is my passion. I have traveled half the world, but my corner of relaxation is in Urbanova (Alicante). I have everything I need there. Traveler personalized service is guaranteed during your stay. I will personally receive in the flat and I give them the basic instructions for using appliances, air conditioning, pool service (JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30), operation of awnings terrace ... Also, I will be in email alert all the time (I respond in less than one hour) to resolve any questions or problems that arise. I know perfectily the area and I can tell what to do on holiday according to the season, main places to be visited, transportation ...I am traveling and I'm very grateful for the information and advice that the person of the place can give me, so I usually keep my previous contacts with prospective guests and I prepare a dossier personalized with your travel preferences. I am a lawyer and I work with my husband in a professional office.
Everything you need for a quiet holiday is on your doorstep, with pool (open from June 1 to September 30), beach, three tennis courts, covered parking, petanque, playground, close to traffic. In the beach broadwalk are restaurants, two little supermarkets and Alicante City Center in just a 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by car journey away. A 20 minutes walk up the apartment brings you to a little town (El Altet) with more restaurants and shops too. It isn't a tourist town and you can see the Spanish lifestyle.
