Casa Velena Rubia is a fully equipped holiday home. The house features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a comfortable sofa bed. It also has a separate, fully equipped kitchen with enough space to sit and dine. The property is single-storey and laid out on one level. A few steps lead to a cosy patio with two chairs, perfect for sitting and relaxing. From there, you continue up to the roof terrace. This spacious rooftop terrace includes lighting, a countertop with sink, space for cooking, an area for hanging laundry, and the option to choose between sun and shade thanks to a partially covered section. From here, you can enjoy views over the characteristic Spanish houses, the fortress, and the surrounding area of Vélez-Málaga. During your stay, you will have private access to the entire property, including the patio and roof terrace. The property is located slightly higher up and is reached via a wide, well-maintained public staircase with a handrail. It is not a long climb and is part of the charm of this typical Spanish town setting.
