BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN ANDALUSIAN STYLE. It is located in the prestigious residential area of Almunecar, surrounded by pine trees over the Mediterranean Sea. This is a very friendly and charming place. You can walk along the beach or practice your favorite sports (tennis, scuba diving, and golf) all a short distance away. Villa El Retiro is one hour away from Sierra Nevada Ski resort, you can ski in the morning and swim in the afternoon. There are many great restaurants and bars which offer excellent value for money. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, each with its own dressing room, 3 bathrooms, large living room , modern fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical household appliances, laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.. terrace with splendid sea views next to a private pool. Gas barbecue .. WITH GERMAN AND SPANISH CHANNELS..PARKING..CENTRAL HEATING. central air conditioning. ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM HISTORIC AND CULTURAL CENTER.
