With room for up to 8 guests, this charming residence divided set on two floors offers a unique opportunity so close to the sea, and yet in a quiet residential environment. Completely renovated, the property possesses a private porch with access to a communal garden, and benefits from a private terrace on the upper floor. The property enjoys a large lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen with laundry area, 4 spacious & bright bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twin beds and the fourth with a bunk bed, plus two bathrooms and an additional lavatory.
