On clear days, the Rock of Gibraltar can be seen, and on the horizon, the Rif Mountains of Africa appear. The charming streets of Cómpeta—with countless tapas bars, restaurants, and shops—can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes from your villa. The villa features four large bedrooms, two family bathrooms, a guest WC with bidet, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, a fireplace, a sound system, and digital satellite TV with German channels. In addition to the main villa, there is a charming guest house offering one bedroom and a large adjoining shower room. It also has a small terrace with a beautiful view toward the pool and the villa. Each bedroom provides the comfort of a cozy king-size bed. The built-in wardrobes offer plenty of space for your clothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and much more. There are also plenty of pots, pans, and dishes available. VILLA ATRÉJU is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 adults.

We are Christian and Nico, married and from the Saarland region of Germany. We love good food, wine, spending time with family and friends, as well as hiking with our dog Hazel. At the beginning of 2024, our son Atréju was born, completing our happiness. During our first family holiday, we learned that Casa Límon was for sale. We couldn’t resist and fulfilled our dream of buying it, renaming it Villa Atréju in honor of our son.
