Villa Bendex is a detached villa that features mountain views, a garden with five outdoor seating areas, three terraces, two balconies, a bar, BBQ facilities and a private outdoor pool. It’s located in Bahia de Casares with a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Casares Beach. This air-conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms each with a smart TV, three bathrooms and a living space with a dining table, a large 65 inch smart TV with cable TV & free Netflix, a bluetooth wireless speaker. Fast 300 mb Free Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen includes a kitchen table, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dish washer and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are included in this villa. Free parking on the street next to the villa. The area is popular for golfing, with 4 golf resorts in the vicinity. You can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops within 1 km of the property, Malaga Airport is 50 minutes away.
Estepona is a resort town only 8 minutes by car away from the property on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. A palm-lined promenade, the Paseo Marítimo, runs next to the Playa de la Rada beach. Nearby are the restaurants and water sports facilities of Puerto Deportivo, plus a fishing port and the cove of Playa del Cristo. The whitewashed old town centres on the flower-filled square of Plaza de las Flores, home to the eclectic artworks of the Colección Garó. Casares in Spain is an unfamiliar name to many visitors to the Costa del Sol as it is ‘off the beaten track’ and remains one of Andalucia’s best kept secrets. Many of you are all familiar with places like Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola etc, but the new wave of tourists and property buyers are looking further afield than the main resorts so that they can experience the ‘real’ Spain. What is great about Casares is that it is still just 15 minutes from the property the coast and easily accessible from the major resorts.
